Shipping Policy: Nice Rice has NO control of the package once it leaves our shop. Please be vigilant of your shipping progress. One of the reasons we use Priority Mail is so that it can be tracked! Lost orders, insured or not, may not be recovered, but the cost of the item may be. Again, we cannot guarantee the recovery of the package if USPS loses it. Please confirm with your postal service regarding the secure delivery to your destination.
